TITAN Steel Works “CGS” Corrugated Steel Water Storage Tanks are easily field erected and assembled without the need for heavy equipment (depending on the size). We have specialized packaging systems to ensure each tank application can be easily trucked in, tractor carried, or even dropped by helicopter when grading an access road is not possible or desirable.

This fully engineered Zero Ground Disturbance Secondary Containment System is designed to exceed today’s strict environmental guidelines and regulations, delivering your best long term insurance against primary leaks or failures. Its design allows for environmental protection against oil and gas as well as liquid fertilizer.

It’s virtually maintenance free and won’t wash away like earthen berms or crack like concrete containment systems when exposed to repeated freezing and thawing. Corrugated galvanized steel tanks, traditionally designed for water storage, are now being adapted for recreational use as modular swimming pools. By combining the proven structural performance of corrugated steel walls with reinforced liner systems, these installations provide a durable and versatile alternative to conventional pool construction.

This application allows for rapid installation, reduced excavation, and flexibility to fit a variety of sites. Modular tank pools can be installed above-grade, semi-recessed, or fully recessed and offer a sustainable solution by reducing concrete use and minimizing site disturbance, while delivering long-term functionality.

Modular tank pool systems are engineered to meet applicable building, pool, and electrical codes (e.g., ISPSC; NEC Art. 680 as adopted) when installed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local authority requirements. Guidance covers panel and liner assembly, liner protection, bonding and grounding, equipment clearances, barrier provisions, drainage, and service access.
